We are pleased to inform all potential FiT2.0 applicants that SEDA Malaysia has established\u00a0<\/span>a step-by-step guideline (e-FiT system)<\/span><\/b> to assist potential FiT 2.0 applicants for the application submission process. Detailed information can be accessed here:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The step-by-step guidelines <\/span>for <\/span>e<\/span>-bidding application (e-<\/span>FiT<\/span> system) <\/span><\/a>\u2060<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to that, SEDA Malaysia <\/span>would like to remind potential applicants on the following: <\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The Authority may <\/span>refuse<\/span><\/b> any application for feed-in approval by an applicant who has failed to comply with any provision of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [<\/span>Act 725<\/span><\/i>] and its subsidiary legislation, as well as any requirements, terms and conditions of the feed-in approval application. \u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a02. The Authority may <\/span>revoke<\/span><\/b> a feed-in approval if\u2014\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \n
        \n
      1. the feed-in approval holder has failed to comply with any provisions of Act 725, the Electricity Supply Act 1990 or any of their subsidiary legislation;\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. the feed-in approval holder has failed to comply with any of the conditions of the feed-in approval;\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. the feed-in approval holder had improperly or illegally obtained the feed-in approval;\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. the feed-in approval holder has been convicted of an offence under Act 725, the Electricity Supply Act 1990 or any of their subsidiary legislation;\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. a receiver, receiver and manager, provisional liquidator or like official has been appointed over the whole or substantial part of the feed-in approval holder\u2019s assets and such appointment is not revoked or annulled within a period of sixty days from the date of such appointment; or\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. there has been a change of circumstances such that the feed-in approval holder would no longer be entitled to be granted a feed-in approval under Act 725.\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
