e-FiT system shall be under maintenance from 9.00 am till 12.00 noon on 20 April 2015 (Monday). extended till 3.00 p.m.
 

Putrajaya, 17 April 2015.

SEDA Malaysia wishes to inform that this Solar PV (Individual) Feed-in Tariff programme for projects in Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan shall close on 19 April 2015 as stated below. All EOI applications must be submitted onto the e-FiT system and the RM100.00 processing fees Must be paid by then.

On 20 April 2015 (Monday) from 9.00 am till 12.00 noon (extended to 3.00 p.m.), the e-FiT system shall be under maintenance for processing of all the submitted EOI applications. Only EOI applications with processing fees that have been paid shall be considered for qualification.

Thereafter, the e-FiT system shall be open to the public and the public shall be able to access the e-FiT system.

Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

Opening of the Solar PV (Individual) Feed-in Tariff programme for Solar PV projects on rooftops of houses located in Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan.  Individuals interested to participate in this Feed-in Tariff programme are invited to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) applications to SEDA Malaysia via online submission into the e-FiT system. 

All EOI applications must be submitted onto the e-FiT system and the RM100.00 processing fees Must be paid via credit card facility not later than 19th April 2015 @ 5:00 pm.

Registration of Individual profiles can only be done by SEDA Malaysia’s registered PV Service Providers using their respective SEDA Authorization Codes (SACs).  All service providers are required to re-generate their new 2015 SACs from the 2015 Registered PV Service Provider Directory by logging into their respective accounts. SACs will also be required for creating new Feed-in Approval applications in the e-FiT system.
19 April 2015 The Solar PV (Individual) Feed-in Tariff programme for Solar PV projects on rooftops of houses located in Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan shall be CLOSED. No further submission of EOI application shall be allowed. Only EOI applications with processing fees that have been paid shall be considered for qualification.
20 - 26 April 2015 SEDA Malaysia shall screen all submitted and paid EOI applications based on rules and regulations as stipulated in the RE Acts and Guidelines.  Applicants shall be notified of the status of their EOI applications via emails. Only qualified EOI applications shall be processed.
28 April 2015

The total installed capacity quota for Solar PV (Individual) to be released for 2015 is 3.0MW.  

If the total installed capacity requested by all applicants is less than 3.0MW, then all qualified EOI applications shall be allocated solar PV quota by the e-FiT with New Queue system else queue numbers shall be generated for all qualified applications by an electronic Random Queue Number Generator and applications shall then be processed based on the queue numbers until the 3.0MW of Solar PV (Individual) quota are all taken up.
