Press Release: SEDA responses to Allegations by MPs for Kota Kinabalu and Serdang

Putrajaya, Saturday (14th March 2015): This press statement is a response from Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia to the press statements issued by MP of Kota Kinabalu, YB Jimmy Wong (dated 8th March 2015) and MP for Serdang, YB Dr Ong Kian Ming (dated 10th March 2015). The core issue of their press statements centred on the lack of transparency of allocation of solar photovoltaic (PV) quota for non-individuals for PV installations with rated capacities above 425 kW and up to 1 MW.
