All information provided in the EOI application must be accurate, true and complete. Once submitted, no changes to the information in the EOI application is allowed. EOI applications must be submitted and payment of processing fee be made via credit card not later than Friday, 8th January 2016 @ 5:00 pm. SEDA will carry out a screening process to qualify applicants that meet SEDA’s requirements.

2.        In the event that the volume of qualified EOI applications exceeds the amount of quota allocated, all qualified EOI applications will be assigned a Queue No. by an e-balloting process. E-balloting will be conducted on 19th January 2016 in an event open to the public. Quota will be allocated to qualified EOI applications based on the Queue No. until all quota is taken up. (Note: The e-balloting process will be explained at a later date)

3.        E-balloting will not take place if the volume of qualified EOI Applications does not exceed the amount of quota allocated. In which case, all qualified EOI applications will be allocated a quota. SEDA will issue an announcement on whether the e-balloting will take place towards the end of the screening process.
