Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia is a statutory body formed under the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011. The key role of SEDA Malaysia is to administer and manage the implementation of the feed-in tariff mechanism which is mandated under the Renewable Energy Act 2011.

TEMPORARY OFFICER, HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
Contract Duration: Yearly basis with an extension subject to performance
Salary: RM2,500.00/month
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia;
- Strong interest in training, event coordination, and human resources development will be an added advantage;
- Able to assist in coordinating training programmes, workshops, and events, including logistical and administrative support;
- Good organizational, communication, and time management skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, and perform tasks as assigned by management; and
- Well-versed in spoken and written Malay and English.
Potential candidates must possess the following:
- proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new tasks;
- high attention to detail in documentation, coordination, and quality control;
- ability to assist in training programmes, events, and related activities, including on-site support;
- presentable, confident, and professional in dealing with internal and external stakeholders;

- able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and interact with individuals at all levels;

- results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
