At the core of our Biomass Gasification System is a fixed-bed, multi-stage thermochemical gasification process, comprising drying, pyrolysis, oxidation, and reduction zones to convert biomass and waste into medium-calorific syngas. This is integrated with a high-efficiency Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP), achieving up to 99.99% particulate and tar removal, ensuring ultra-clean syngas suitable for gas engines, combined heat and power (CHP), and industrial applications..
